1. Course Registration & Payment

By registering and paying for a course at XpRT CommunitY Computer Education, you gain immediate or scheduled access to our digital learning materials, live sessions, and resources.

2. Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate availability of educational content and student dashboards, we do not offer cancellations once a course has been purchased and the account has been activated.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best quality education. Please note that after buying the course, your money will not be refunded. We request all students to review the course curriculum, timings, and requirements thoroughly before making a payment.

4. Same-Day Refund Exception

A refund is only possible if you request it on the exact same day you purchased the course. No refund requests will be entertained after the day of purchase under any circumstances.

5. Other Exceptions

Refunds will also be considered under the following rare circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same course by mistake, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days after verification.
• Course cancellation by us: If XpRT CommunitY completely cancels a batch before it begins, a full refund will be initiated.
